Screen Print Production Supervisor
Manage all production shifts of 4-6 screen print presses
Ability to produce 150k imprints per week
Must have prior Supervisory experience in the screen print industry
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
Inspects and approves press set-ups
Continually monitors press operations
Analyzes and resolves production issues
Mentor and motivates staff members
