| Job Description |
Directs, plans, assigns, and monitors production department operations and activities to achieve schedule attainment, productivity & efficiency, and departmental expense goals.
Enforces set company policies and procedures pertaining to production personnel. Manages and coordinates the activities of Production Department personnel by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.

| Qualifications |
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Production Management
Five years of screen printing and/or digital imaging production management experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality. |
