| Job Description |
In this position, you will lead your Production Team during their setups/tear-downs and the screen printing production process on your press on your shift. You must be able to identify technical problems and resolve those issues using creative thinking and suggesting idea’s to improve best practice methods. Additionally you will provide direction and build a team spirit to inspire the other operators to be promoted to the next level, and to ensure acceptable levels of screen printing quality is maintained within your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set-up the press as quickly as possible using the members of your team for assistance
• Must use Tri-loc during set-up process as well as defined set-up circle process
• Lead the team during the setup/teardown
• Run as much quality product as possible while following all safety practices and manufacturing SOP’S
• Communicate changes and identify issues the may arise within the production process; make-ups, pulling problems, re-shoots, or art issues
• Manage the Op-2 and inspector during the setups/tear downs and utilize your time management skills
• Ensure daily checklist for clean up is followed at shifts end for the next shift
• Responsible for accurate recording information on the production logs
• Maintain you work environment in a neat and clean manner

| Qualifications |
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•Must have expert knowledge of all controls on 16 –head automatic screen-print machine and able to operate it to the maximum production level
•Must be able to read and understand color copies and work orders ( GRIDS )
•Good communication skills to clearly direct assistants on your press
Education & Experience / Minimum
Qualifications:
•High school Diploma or equivalent
•Past Operating experience 2 years minimum |
