| Job Description |
As our Press Tech, your primary goal it to aid in maintaining an efficient production work flow through troubleshooting press issues, printing issues, assist in setting-up for job changes, and assisting production wherever necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
•Set-ups/Tear-downs – Participate in as many setups as possible throughout the day on the screen-print floor.
•Your goal should be to assist the Op-1 minimize set-up time oftentimes assisting unloading and tearing out until a screen-print associate is available.
•Preemptive Problem Identification/Resolution – minimize machine downtime by reviewing orders before they are being setup to identify possible re-shoots, art issues, or garment issues
•Work with Run Teams to ensure they have all the proper tools to be successful
•Aid in resolving on press issues to minimize lost capacity
•On-Press Troubleshooting – maintain constant observation of the floor and identify presses struggling with production.
•Assist struggling presses in getting to maximum productivity by making the press adjustments necessary (press speed, squeegees, flash temp, dryer speed/temp, sequence etc)
•Quality Management – Ensure every order meets our quality standards
•Ensure the Quality Department signs off on all orders and the “First Shirt Standard” is carried out through the entire run
•Production Detail Updates – Ensure all set-ups which are completed but required a sequence/mesh change are documented and turned in so the proper adjustments are made in the system.

Education and Experience/Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
5 years Screen-Print Experience preferred |
