| Job Description |
The successful candidate MUST have the following experience:
Must have experience in managing apparel screen printing press operators
Must be self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of urgency
Must possess time management and organization skills and ability to multi-task while mentoring and training new Team Members
Must possess positive attitude at all times
Must have experience in setting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing machines and troubleshoot press issues
Must have practical, hands-on industry experience in waterbase, plastisol and discharge
Must be familiar with the latest TEXTILE SCREEN PRINTING Industry trends, equipment and technology
Must be extremely well detailed and organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a Team Player and Team Builder with a positive attitude
Must be highly focused on producing Quality Printed Products
Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check.
