Job Description Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming calls
Develop positive customer relationships
Set up new accounts
Generate sales quotations
Handle customer inquiries.

Maintain professional relationship with customers and vendors
Increase sales by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales
Promote and insure customer satisfaction
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
Accurately process customer transactions; orders and quotes
Provide accurate information regarding availability of products
Requirements:
Degree preferred but not required, minimum 2 years experience in a B2B customer services corporation or equivalent experience considered.
High level of commitment, and exceptional relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal (professional level) communication skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
Desire to grow and advance within a dedicated team.
