Automatic and Manual Press Mechanic
Report to the Production Manager
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure presses operate to their maximum potential
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Maintain each machine Log
Assist Production Manager in Training of new team members on manual and auto presses
Order and install replacement parts and reduce machine down-time
Making scheduled rounds to prevent machine breakdowns
Responsible for the Safety Check on all equipment
Report any incident/accident to the Production Managers
Maintain high standards of production and quality through out the plant
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, team leads and managers
