| Job Description |
Immediate opening for Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production of screen printed T-Shirts, Jerseys, Sweats etc. for a fast paced 3 shift operation.
Must have a minimum of 5 years management/production experience in the apparel screen printing industry, multi-press environment, M&R auto and manual presses.
Client prefers college graduate, but not mandatory, will accept years of experience in lieu of college diploma.

You will be responsible for all production operations, team member interviewing, hiring and management, quality control, inventory control, oversee scheduling, work with sales division to insure on-time delivery of orders, insure equipment is operating at the maximum potential, all member disciplinary issues, and accountability of members.
