Complete responsibility for production, including scheduling, shipping and receiving, and printing. Must have experience managing 100 employees or more in a very fast-paced screen-printing environment.

Requirements include expertise in complete screen print process and techniques, production, sample scheduling, as well as pre-production planning and quality control. Knowledge of Major Retail Customer Compliance and production software. Must possess strong character, and maintain results driven attitude |
