| Job Description |
Report directly to Operations Officer. Supervise overall day-to-day operation of the cut and sew department. |
|
| Qualifications |
Planning and scheduling of work flow to meet customer needs and delivery dates. Oversee all operations including cutting, sewing, quality, safety, production planning and scheduling. Responsible for maintaining staff and hiring additional staff during peak seasons. Fostering an environment that promotes team work and continuous improvement. Assume responsibility for physical plant and equipment. Contribute, as appropriate, to management progress toward meeting annual performance objectives and goals for operations. Provide review and feedback of all projects upon completion with intent of improving costing and quoting of future orders. Assist in identifying and qualifying subcontractors to provide cut and sew services. |
