Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Must be fluent in both English and French. Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. Good multi-tasker! Must be familiar with international shipping documents. Must have AS400 experience along with Word and Excel. Must be able to work with little supervision and able to work effectively with internal departments. Strong problem solving, follow up and prioritization along with time management.
