Must be Team Player for Major Textile Company. Communicate instructions, information, support, planning effectively to all associates on your assigned shift.Insure assigned shift associates achieve highest performance. Manage and control assigned shift WIP inventory to achieve overall department objectives. Maintain high level of moral and control absenteeism and turnover on shift.

3-5 year previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of the dyeing and bleaching process as well as knowledge of the napping and cut and sew process. |
