| Job Description |
The successful candidate MUST have the following experience:
• Must have experience in managing apparel screen printing press operators
• Must be self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Must possess time management and organization skills and ability to multi-task while mentoring and training new Team Members
• Must possess positive attitude at all times
• Must have experience in setting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing machines and troubleshoot press issues
• Must have practical, hands-on industry experience in waterbase, plastisol and discharge
• Must be familiar with the latest TEXTILE SCREEN PRINTING Industry trends, equipment and technology
• Must be extremely well detailed and organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must be a Team Player and Team Builder with a positive attitude
• Must be highly focused on producing Quality Printed Products
Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check.
