The Search Process

Upon receiving your Resume, we will then proceed in our search for you within our database to match your skills with our Clients' needs.

We maintain a detailed database of Client Companies and their current job opportunities. This allows us to quickly provide you information including position, salary, benefits; i.e. vacation, sick/personal days, holidays, profit sharing, retirement programs, and relocation assistance offered for that particular position.

We will be involved in every aspect of the search and placement process with you. We will provide you leadership and counseling through the interview process and through the hiring process. We will act as your advocate in negotiating your salary, benefits and relocation assistance. We will track your progress with your new employer for our “Guarantee Period”, and assist you with any issues that may arise during that period of time.

There is never a charge to you for our service, as our fees are paid by our client companies. We will provide you the assistance in advancing your career and in most cases, increasing your income!
